Welcome! This page outlines how to maintain discounted subscription pricing by enabling and maintaining Unified Practice Payments (UnifiedPay).
1. UnifiedPay Activation
UnifiedPay must be enabled (your clinic must be fully boarded as a UnifiedPay merchant) by March 31, 2026. Activation is considered complete once your account has been successfully onboarded and at least one UnifiedPay transaction has been processed.
2. Ongoing Payment Activity
To retain discounted pricing, UnifiedPay must remain active. Activity is defined as at least one successful UnifiedPay transaction per billing cycle.
3. Eligibility
UnifiedPay is available to clinics located in the United States and Canada. Clinics outside these regions are not eligible for UnifiedPay and will be billed at standard pricing.
