Below are the terms and conditions for clinics eligible for the Starter Plan Special Pricing.

Starter Plan Discounted Pricing
Monthly Billing
- Price with UnifiedPay: $49/month when UnifiedPay is enabled and activated
- Price Increase without UnifiedPay: $71/month if UnifiedPay is not activated or becomes inactive
Annual Billing
- Price with UnifiedPay: $588/year when UnifiedPay is enabled and activated
- Price Increase without UnifiedPay: $710 if UnifiedPay is not activated or becomes inactive
UnifiedPay Activation Requirements
- Enable UnifiedPay
Your clinic must be fully boarded as a UnifiedPay merchant by March 31, 2026.
- Process One Successful Transaction
Activation is considered complete once at least one successful UnifiedPay transaction has been processed.
- Maintain Active Payment Status
To retain discounted pricing, your account must remain active by processing at least one UnifiedPay transaction per billing cycle.
If UnifiedPay is not enabled, not activated, or becomes inactive, your subscription automatically moves to standard Starter pricing at the next billing cycle.
EMV Device Discount
Starter customers who enable and activate UnifiedPay are eligible for:
50% off one EMV payments terminal
- Applies to supported terminal models such as the PAX A77 or A920 Pro
- Discount is valid once per clinic during the campaign period
Eligibility
UnifiedPay is currently available only to clinics located in the United States and Canada.
Clinics outside these regions are not eligible for UnifiedPay and will be billed at standard pricing.
Offer Conditions
All discounted pricing and device discounts require UnifiedPay activation and ongoing use.
